Develop the Head & Heart for Great Hitting
Clinic Led by Team USA Hitting Coach, Kevin Wilson, on January 20th at “The Farm,” home of the Minutemen Baseball Club.
Explore the mental and psychological sides of hitting from Team USA Baseball coach and Major League hitting instructor, Kevin Wilson. Fresh off his 18U Team USA hitters’ gold medal winning performance in Taiwan during Summer 213, Kevin, who works with countless current and former Major League players along with many current collegiate and high school athletes, will be sharing his wisdom on the science of hitting on January 20th from 1 – 4 pm at the home training facility of Minutemen Baseball, “The Farm,” in Waltham, MA. Each participant will learn ways to strengthen their mental approach to the craft of hitting by addressing a range of topics such as: on deck preparation, in-game adjustments, training methods in & out of the cage.
Cost to attend is $125 per family or individual guest. All players ages 12 and older are invited participate.All proceeds from the event will go towards The Cannonball Foundation’s Cannonball Prospects college development program. The Cannonball Prospects is comprised of high school baseball student-athletes who demonstrate the skill, will & academic commitment needed to excel at the college level but lack access and resources to meaningful development opportunities.
